Early Walker Check In Information:
Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8 from 7am to 7pm and Saturday, May 9 from 9am to 2pm at the Ohio Buckeye Chapter Office, 6155 Rockside Road, Suite 202, Independence, OH 44131
Please be sure to bring your contribution envelope with any money enclosed. You must turn in at least $125 in order to receive your Walk MS t-shirt.
Day of Event Information:
Check in begins at 9:00 a.m.
Route Options:You may choose between the long route that is approximately 4-miles long or the short route that is approximately2-miles long. Both are through downtown Cleveland and are fully accessible.
Note: Accessible shuttles will be available to take individuals out of the flats to rest stop one.

Join the National MS Society and walk to create a world free of MS at the Time Warner Cable Amphitheater at Tower City on Saturday, May 16, 2009. Enjoy the beautiful streets of Cleveland. With your help, we can ensure that people with MS have what they need to keep moving forward, and bring an end to MS!

Directions:
From I-77 North Bound
- Exit #163 East 9th Street
- Follow ramp signs to East 9th Street and Jacobs Field
- Turn right onto Orange Avenue and get in the far left lane (Do not turn onto E 9th Street)
- Orange becomes Ontario (See Jacobs Field coming up on right)
- Take Ontario to Carnegie
- Turn left onto Carnegie Avenue
- Get in the left lane. Before you cross the Lorain Carnegie Bridge---make a soft left turn at the light onto Commercial Road. (Don’t cross the bridge.) Pass the Marathon Station and watch for signs directing you to Tower City Amphitheater
- Commercial Road ends at the stop sign at Canal Road. Make a left onto Canal Road and follow it to W. Third Street
- Make a right onto W. Third Street- Pass the Taxi Cab Company (on right)
- The entrance to the Tower City Amphitheater parking lot will be on your right. This is the “Close-in South lot” on the south side of the amphitheater
- Park and walk to the Tower City Amphitheater entrance
From I-71 North Bound and I-90 (Inner Belt) East Bound
- Take I-71 North to Inner Belt I-90 merge. Exit #171B Ontario
- Take Ontario to Carnegie (Jacobs Field is on the right)
- Turn left on Carnegie Avenue. Get in the left lane. Before you cross the Lorain Carnegie Bridge---make a soft left turn at the light onto Commercial Road. (Don’t cross the bridge.) Pass the Marathon Station and watch for signs directing you to Tower City Amphitheater

From I-90 / Route 2 West Bound
- Exit at Prospect
- Turn right on Prospect (west)
- Cross East 9th Street
- Turn left on Ontario (Fat Fish Blue Restaurant on right)
- Go south on Ontario and get in the right lane (Gund Arena/Jacobs Field on left) Tower City Amphitheater is “below you” on the right, along the Cuyahoga River
- Stay to the right of the traffic island on Ontario
- The third traffic signal will be Carnegie. Cross Carnegie while angling to the right onto Commercial Road. (Don’t cross the Lorain/Carnegie Bridge)
- Pass the Marathon Station and watch for signs directing you to Tower City Amphitheater
- Commercial Road ends at the stop sign at Canal Road. Make a left onto Canal Road and follow it to W. Third Street.
- Make a right onto W. Third Street. Pass the Taxi Cab Company (on right)

From the East Bank of the Flats
- Take St. Clair west to Robert Lockwood Jr. Road and turn left. Robert Lockwood Jr. Road runs along the RTA and the Cuyahoga River. (You can also arrive at Robert Lockwood Jr. Road from Superior going west bound just before the Detroit Superior Bridge)
- Take Robert Lockwood Jr. Road to the intersection of Carter Bridge Road, Center Road, and Canal Road. This is the intersection where the East and West Bank of the Flats converge
- Make a left (East) onto Canal Road. Pass the new Federal Courthouse (on left) and Sherwin Williams’ office building (on right) Just past Sherwin Williams is the entrance to Tower City Amphitheater parking. Park along the Cuyahoga River in the “Close-in North lot” on the north side of the amphitheater. Walk to the entrance of Tower City Amphitheater
